MCS CRM includes the new MCS Food Service Matrix (FS-Matrix) which is a data mapping component similar to EDI. FS-Matrix, together with IRM NtelliNet, delivers an end-to-end technology solution that allows Food Service Sales & Marketing Agencies and their Manufacturers to share relevant and appropriate sales activity information with each other in an efficient manner. Operator Profile, Call, Objective and Focus Group data is entered into MCS CRM by the Agency Sales Rep once. FS-Matrix automatically formats the sales activity data collected by the agency to the requirements of each of their Manufacturers. The data is automatically delivered to the IRM NtelliNet Hub according to a schedule set by the Agency. The NtelliNet Hub processes the data and then distributes it to each Manufacturer for utilization with the IRM Business Intelligence tool Sales Discovery, or delivers the data to the Manufacturers proprietary backend database. |
